What we collect

converthubor does not require an account and does not ask for personal information. We collect the minimum technical data needed to operate the service: the file you upload, the requested output format, your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and basic request logs.

How files are handled

Uploaded files are used only to perform the conversion you requested. They are stored temporarily on our server and deleted automatically shortly after the conversion finishes. We do not open, analyse, sell or share the contents of your files.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie used is strictly functional (for example, remembering a preference in your browser).

Third parties

Conversions run on our own servers. We do not send your files to third-party conversion services.

Your rights

Because we do not keep accounts or long-term file storage, there is normally no personal data to access or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact [email protected].
